You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items ordered through our Order Request service, as these are limited or personalized items specifically made upon request.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, provided you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

-for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the return of products where the attached security label has been removed or damaged. In such cases, a return or refund of the purchase price is excluded, as the security label is an essential element for protecting the product’s quality.
